SV Pavo Real is a Lagoon 410 Owners Version 3-Cabin cruising catamaran currently located in a transferable slip in La Paz, Sea of Cortez, Mexico. Built between 1997 and 2006 by Lagoon with 283 hulls completed, the 410 Owners Version could make a comfortable platform for exploring the hundreds of anchorages in the Sea of Cortez. The current owners are the 3rd owners and purchased her in Florida and have cruised and lived aboard for the last 14years. They are only selling now due to heath reasons

- Magma propane grill with 7# tank
- Two 10# propane tanks in the propane locker.
- 6 KW Kohler generator with Perkins Diesel, injectors recently serviced. Inside switching
- Main air conditioner located in the salon, Marine Air 16,500 BTU. Cools the boat very well. One duct goes to the port forward cabin.
- Two additional 12,000 BTU units located behind each stern cabin. Rarely used and would need servicing. I meant to sell them for years but never got around to it.
Anchoring and Docking:
- Lofrans windless with 200’ of high test G4 chain
- Rocna 25 KG anchor
- Delta 25 KG anchor
- Large Danforth storm anchor.
- Delta 10 KG lunch anchor at the stern
Electrical:
- AC and DC panels rebuilt in 2017
- All wiring and data cables to mast replaced
- Xantrex Freedom 2012 inverter/charger with Xantrex system control panel
- Two 30 amp electrical cords and 50 amp splitter.
- Prosafe Galvanic isolator to prevent electrolysis.
- Three Lifeline AGM GPL-8DA batteries 765 amp hours
Tender and Outboard:
- Apex dingy 11’, Tubes coated with Mega Grey $1000 cost and she does not leak.
- Yamaha 15 hp two stroke outboard. Transom bracket and davit for mounting.
Sails and Rigging:
- The mainsail, new in 2011, was refurbished in 2022, two new panels and completely restitched
- The Genoa was refurbished last week, completely restitched and a new bolt rope edge installed
- Standing rigging replaced 2011
- Running rigging replaced 2011
Electronics:
- 4 solar panels, two outboard, port and starboard, two tilt-able mounted on the dingy davits. Very little shading. Morningstar TriStar controller.
- All electronics, most of the wiring and breaker panels were replaced in 2017
- Xantrex Freedom 2012 inverter/charger with Xantrex system control panel
- Standard Horizon Explorer VHF with AIS receiver. Shakespeare antenna at top of mast.
- Icom M802 SSB with Shakespeare antenna.
- West Marine stereo, two speakers inside and two in the cockpit.
