2000 Wauquiez 43 Pilot Salon

$189,500.00

Description

An Ed Dubois design, build by Wauquiez in France. SV Severance is a two owner, very well equipped and cruising ready for a potential owner who appreciates quality, comfort and performance. Her raised settee and low profile pilot house design provide the cabin the ultimate nautical experience, whether under sail or moored in a beautiful cove or marina. Severance is extremely well equipped, including teak decks, in-boom furling, 2 foresails (one self tacking), white acrylic mast and boom, electric cockpit winch, bow thruster, low hour generator and diesel engine, chart plotter, SSB, new Spectra water maker, microwave, freezer, large front entry refrigerator and much more.

The Wauquiez 43 Pilot Saloon inherits all the experience collected by the Wauquiez shipyard. The essence of the unique Pilot Saloon concept is elegance and high performance, panoramic vision from the raised saloon and inside the navigation station, concentration of all technical components in an accessible machinery room, and a bright galley located under the panoramic windshield. The performance of this Dubois-designed yacht confirms the reputation of both the architect and the shipyard. She possesses high speed, easy motion in rough conditions, and a powerful rig capable of being controlled with a shorthanded crew.

Accommodation features a saloon with galley in the spacious pilot house which has dining for 6 people, separate navigation table, 3 x cabins with an exceptionally comfortable owner’s aft master cabin and ensuite with separate shower and toilet. She has sleeping for five people plus one in the saloon if necessary with a lee cloth fitted, 2 x S/S Sinks, an Eno 2 x burner Stove with Grill and Oven, 2 x Manual Jabsco Toilets and Freezer and Front Reaching Refrigeration.

Buying a boat in Mexico can have some tax advantages in saving you state sales tax and the boat is already where you want to start cruising. When buying a boat in Mexico, all of the title transfer, paperwork, and funds transfers are handled in the United States by a Marine Documentation Services Company for your convenience and peace of mind.

The Team at La Paz Cruisers Supply and Brokerage are cruisers themselves and have been living and cruising aboard in Mexico since 2008. Our team has crossed oceans, sailed to the South Pacific, delivered catamarans from South Africa and
