“Continue running your business while cruising the beautiful coastal areas of the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Mexico in this cruise-ready, sailing-ready, live-aboard-ready, one-of-a-kind 38’ sailing vessel. Sunsets, dolphins, and picturesque anchorages are at your doorstep. Only fifteen years old, this custom built 2005 Bruce Roberts modified 370 design is turnkey and ready to take you on your next adventure. Equipped with 600 watts of solar and a Katadyne water maker, you can finally achieve your dreams of living off-grid, minimize your eco-footprint and protect the environment. This vessel is beautiful, sturdy, and ready to go.
“Ingenium” is a composite cold-molded hull. It is built from Cedar wood, epoxied and glassed following a Bruce Roberts design. Ballast is 7000 lbs. lead on a bolted keel. She’s a beautiful very well maintained boat! She was carefully taken care of by the owners who live aboard and cruise the pacific coast of Mexico. This is a “One-Off” custom design. Deep and low center cockpit will keep you safe and dry underway and with not a lot of rocking motion under anchor (like most center-cockpit boats with a high cockpit). The interior is cozy and feels immediately like a home and not just like another boat. A diesel heater located in the salon and a practical galley across, a double bed at the V-berth and another double bed in the aft cabin, composting head, watermaker and a nice electronics suit on the inside and solar panels, wind generator, gasoline portable generator, an inflatable dinghy with an outboard on the outside – you can go anywhere with “Ingenium”.
Buying a boat in Mexico can have some tax advantages in saving you the State Sales Tax and the boat is already where you want to start Cruising.
