Gato de Cortez is a Leopard 43 (Moorings 4300) Catamaran, built by Robertson and Caine in South Africa and well known as one of Leopards most popular Cats. The concept of the Leopard 43 is the maximizing of space, performance and comfort. The Leopard 43 features 4 spacious double cabins, each with private head and shower, two single berths in the forward bows, a modern galley-up design with panoramic views, Corian work surfaces and a V-shaped saloon with seating for 8 guests, a large aft deck platform with direct access to the cockpit with a functional hard make for a great outdoor living space.. All control lines are led aft to the raised helmsman’s seat making navigation and maneuvering easy.
All standing rigging replaced in 2019.
The boat is currently located in Marina Palmira in the heart of Mexico’s Sea of Cortez’s prime cruising grounds and the slip is available to pass along to the new owner.

Features include a hard-top bimini, a longer transom, fixed stainless steel davits and twin Yanmar 39Hp naturally aspirated engines. The 4-cabin layout features spacious double cabins with en suite heads and separate showers, fully equipped galley and expanded saloon with breakfast bar. A clear deck layout, excellent bunk access, walkthrough access from the cockpit to the aft swim platform and a galley-up design are popular features with cruisers.
